Mini Copper Battery LED Strands
These adorable LED lights are so cute, you'll want to use them everywhere. I have them in my Christmas flower crown and love to try them out in various types of jars, foliage, wrapped around stands, included in the bouquet or as a highlight in a card box.
These little lights come with batteries that last 6-8 hours, in tiny battery packs that can discreetly hide amongst the leaves or on the underside of the jar lid. The light strands themselves are waterproof, so no worries if you want to mix it up with water beads or submerged centerpieces. Or combine them with some swags of tulle for a softer look, enhancing the aisle, the bridal table or display area.
These large fairy lights are known as 'curtain' style because multiple strands of lights hang down, like a curtain, from a lead wire which is designed to be attached to the ceiling or high place. They are more versatile than you'd think, however, as they can be used for more than a mere vertical set-up. With the help of a ladder and a bit of wire (and something to hang it from!) - you can create a whole ceiling with the help of curtain fairy lights, giving a gentle warm glow over the area. It also can be hung from the center of a passageway, creating an enchanting 'tunnel' for your guests and bridal party to enter the reception.
Alternatively, curtain lights used in conjunction with sequin fabric (as per the gold picture below) or a softer fabric such as tulle or satin to create a mysterious and gentle allure as a background to your bridal table, photobooth or dancefloor.
Curtain fairy lights are also available here in a heart shape, which creates an amazing feature at a wedding (and super cute hanging in your garden after the big day!).
They are mains powered, so no chance that they'll go flat on you, and are fairly easy to self-install (just try not to get them tangled).
So set aside a couple of hundred in your budget for some lights, and create an enchanting evening that you will never forget as you celebrate your union. Check out all our lighting options here.
