We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.

PLEASE ALLOW 6 WEEKS BUFFER FOR ITEMS TO ARRIVE BEFORE YOU NEED THEM. No refunds will be offered for items ordered late and thus arrive after they are needed.

What happens if my items are lost or damaged in the mail?

Providing there is enough time before the wedding, we can offer a replacement (photo evidence is needed for damaged items). If time is short, we will offer a part or full refund. No replacement or refund can be offered for orders in which the delivery information was incorrect.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from our various suppliers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
