Shipping Rates:

Our products can be shipped to Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada. We are able to offer two types of shipping, which are sent directly to you from our various suppliers in Australia and Internationally.

Our Budget Shipping is cheap, and based on your total spend - however it sometimes is a literal case of the 'slow boat from China' and can take up to 45 days (not including 3-5 days order processing and customisation) to reach you.

Purchase $0-$10: $4P&H

Purchase $10-$50: $6P&H

Purchase $50-$100: $10P&H

Purchase over $100: FREE SHIPPING

Our Tracked Shipping is also very reasonable and based on your total spend - it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive (not including 3-5 days order processing and customisation). We find the average order to Australian metro addresses arrives in approx. 2 weeks.

Purchase $50-$100: $16P&H

Purchase $100-$200: $20P&H

Purchase over $200: FREE SHIPPING

A few days after your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking code, which you can then track the progress of your package at www.auspost.com.au

All Tracked Shipping orders come with complimentary insurance in case of lost packages or damage in transit. Please email us at support@vintageroseweddings.com.au to claim. 

 

Shipping Details:

A lot of our items are hand-made; others are made-to-order according to demand. Because of this, we chose to ship our items directly from our suppliers to your postal address to save you money on warehousing, double postage and packaging costs, and to save time. Often these suppliers are internationally based and shipping can take 2-6 weeks (but usually arrive within 3 weeks). We therefore request that you don’t contact us for a shipping update until 30 DAYS AFTER you submitted your order.

If you have ordered a personalised item, such as one of our beautiful Guestbook options, it may take up to an extra week to reach you, to provide time for printing etc.

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

PLEASE ALLOW 6 WEEKS FOR ITEMS TO ARRIVE BEFORE YOU NEED THEM if you choose Budget Shipping; or 4 WEEKS for tracked shipping.

No refunds will be offered for items ordered late and thus arrive after they are needed.
