Conditions:
- Items must have been ordered 6 weeks prior to dated required, to allow time for shipping.
- Items must be returned at buyer's expense to our Adelaide office within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused.
- Maximum purchase price of $500 per customer.
- Refund will be issued upon receipt of unwanted items.
In the case of lost or damaged items:
Providing there is enough time before the wedding, we can offer a replacement (photo evidence is needed for damaged items). If time is short, we will offer a part or full refund. No replacement or refund can be offered for orders in which the delivery information was incorrect.
